All products are made on-demand, so the delivery time depends on both the completion of the product and the shipment. On average, the product is ready and delivered to the customer within 14 days of purchase.
The prices of all products include VAT. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the products, calculated on the basis of the given delivery address. We reserve the right to change delivery times and shipping prices.
Payments
The payment methods are debit card, credit card and Paypal. Payments are enabled by Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account if you pay your purchases with a card.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an valid email address when ordering.
Exchange and return conditions
Products purchased from the our online store have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Hygiene and health products (such as face masks) have no right of return if the package is opened.

Products will be returned to the address provided with the order. Return costs and compensation are always agreed in person with the customer.
If your order has not arrived within a week of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shop@pasiaulis.fi. If the order has an incorrect delivery address and the shipment is returned to our warehouse for this reason, we will not refund the purchase. However, the order can be resent, in which case the customer pays the new shipping costs. If the product is returned to our warehouse and the customer does not provide a new address within 4 weeks of the original estimated date of arrival, the product will be donated to charity.
